Surmayee Raat Mein Saahil Ke Qareeb
Dudhiya Jode Mein Aa Jaaye Jo Tu
Eesa Ke Haath Se Gir Jaaye Saleeb
Buddha Ka Dhyaan Chatakh Jaaye ,Qasam Se
Tujh Ko Bardaasht Na Kar Paaye Khuda Bhi
(Under this moon of the fourteenth night,
In the grey night close to the shore,
If you were to come in a milk-white dress,
The cross might fall from the hands of Christ,
Buddha’s meditation might shatter, I swear,
Even God might not be able to bear your sight)

Dudhiya Jode Mein Aa Jaaye Jo Tu
Chaudahveen Raat Ke Is Chaand Tale!
