The film was a remake of a Marathi’s film called Pathlaag (Chase). ”Garava” means ”Gala”. often, in hindi, some words undergo a sort of conversion where some sounds are altered, esp. R changing to L and vice versa. I am sure the line ”aise mein balam mohe garava laga le” makes more sense now.
